The Exploration Of Stray Dogs Urban Governance Model

As one of the earliest domesticated animal,dogs are the close and loyal friends Of human beings.With the reform step by step.China's comprehensive national strength has rapidly improved and people's living standards have been great improved.People are able to and willing to keep dogs as pets.But as the number is increasing rapidly and some of dog owners are lack of responsibility,there will inevitably be a huge group of stray dogs,which not only affect the cities appearance,but also bring about some hidden trouble to public safety.However,the contemporary governance model of stray dogs in China can more effectively the problems caused by stray dogs.Based on the analysis of existent stray dogs governance problems,combined with the current social environment in China,This paper take L city as an example,and do the full research and study in the limited area.This paper also rethink deeply the problems of the contemporary traditional governance model of stray dogs in China.This paper is divided into four paper.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background of selected topic and significance and it summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,the second part is the problems and reasons in the face of the traditional governance model of stray dogs,the third part is some suggestions on how to use Internet to build up a new governance model of stray dogs.The fourth part summarizes the new mode of governance of stray dogs.The traditional city stray dogs governance mode in mainly managed by government and partially by rescue organizations and citizen.The connection among these three main parts is little because the information is relatively isolated.Now the Internet develops rapidly and has entered into thousands of households,which make it possible to build up a new model governance of stray dogs.
