Research On The Information Disclosure Of The Websites Of The General Colleges And Universities In Jilin Province

With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of information,information has become one of the decisive factors in the development of economy and society.Information disclosure is an important starting point for building a harmonious society and promoting the modernization of governance capacity.It is also an important standard for measuring the level of informatization and democratic management of a country,government or organization.As an extension of government information disclosure in the field of education,university information disclosure is the only way to realize the rule of law and democratic management and to establish a modern university system.Strengthening information disclosure in colleges and universities is the implementation of relevant policies and regulations such as regulations on government information disclosure and measures on information disclosure in colleges and universities.It is also an important way to strengthen the construction of style of colleges and universities and to promote the administration of colleges and universities in accordance with the law.As a platform for information disclosure in colleges and universities,the university website is one of the most effective information disclosure channels in modern universities and plays a key role in the implementation of information disclosure in colleges and universities.This article takes the university website as the entrance,carries on the investigation to the university information disclosure work,aims to promote the university to administer the university according to law,enhances the university management level to safeguard the public's right to know,will undoubtedly promote the education fair development and promotes the higher education reform to have the great significance.For further information disclosure work of colleges and universities,to promote education information disclosure system,improve transparency of education work,promoting the modernization of education management system and management ability,security and the social public right to know,staff and students to participate,to express and to supervise,do a good job in the people's satisfactory education,the Ministry of Education on the basis of the government information publicity and information disclosure regulations of colleges and universities,made the list of institutions of higher learning information disclosure matters.The List of Information Disclosure of Institutions of Higher learning basically covers the contents that colleges and universities should actively disclose to the society,which is the refinement and deepening of the contents of information disclosure of Institutions of Higher learning.So,general institutions of higher learning in Jilin province in the "list of institutions of higher learning information disclosure," the implementation of the information disclosure work? Based on the survey of 50 lists,the author adopts the method of network survey and analysis to investigate the construction and release of information disclosure columns on the websites of 62 colleges and universities in Jilin Province.The research found that the development of information disclosure on the websites in different types of colleges and universities in Jilin province was unbalanced,including the low proportion of information disclosure columns,the low construction level of columns,the incomplete release of information content,and the imperfect construction of information disclosure system.Therefore,from the transformation of ideas and consciousness,strengthening the construction of institutions and mechanisms,improving the construction,operation and maintenance level of columns and the establishment of supervision and security system and other aspects of Jilin province to promote the university website information disclosure of countermeasures and Suggestions.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some reference for the real effect of information disclosure in colleges and universities in Jilin province.
