Research On The Disclosure Of County-level City Government Information

The basic characteristics of a government ruled of law are openness and transparency.Building a government ruled of law requires the government to disclose information legally,comprehensively and conveniently.As a grass-roots government in the process of urbanization in China,county-level city governments are not only closely linked to the vital interests of the masses,but also closely related to urbanization.To evaluate the degree of publicity of the county-level city government,we need to be made through indicators such as decision-making,implementation,management,service,results,and major project disclosure.By evaluating the relevant indicators of 20 county-level cities in Jilin Province,it can be found that in the areas of decision-making,implementation and management disclosure,etc.,each county-level city has a higher degree of disclosure,but there are also some shortcomings in service disclosure and results.The disclosure we could improve.In the process of government information disclosure in other county-level cities in China,the use of public means such as carrier clusters,electronic versions of government bulletins,and public rankings,policy interpretation information,compulsory education information,and the importance of public opinion,as well as county-level city governments outside the country The exploration of science and technology in the process of information disclosure,such as information retrieval,information subscription,and accessibility information reading,the exploration of the scope of public content such as the evaluation of the catering industry,information on administrative license applications,and free WIFI information in the domain are all experiences that can be learned.Build the county-level city government disclosure,we need build a leadership,implement responsibility to improve the legalization,information,and institutionalization.
