Research On Discovery Of Drug-related Criminals Based On Phone Bill

Due to the addiction and huge profit temptation of drugs,the drug-related crimes continue despite repeated prohibitions,and they present more and more intelligent and organized characteristics,which have become a global public hazard faced by all mankind.The social network analysis technology has been generally employed in the quantitative research on the attributes and relational structure of social network,based on which the core leaders in specific social relation,the relationship between the members and core leaders and their value and roles in the network can be determined.The reason is that there are various forms of direct and indirect relations among the groups or individuals participating in drug-related crimes.A large proportion of drug transactions are completed based on voice communication,and due to the convenience of voice communication,the drug-related criminals seem to be able to contact each other quickly under deception without leaving any trace.Using social network analysis technology and bill analysis to identify and mine drug crimes,the analysis of drug-related crime space can be effectively extended from the transaction location to each link of crime,so that the silent “phone bill” can speak out and “paint a picture” of the call records.Therefore,this method can help intuitively reproduce the social network structure of drug-related criminal gang,clearly present their relations and characteristics,rapidly lock the drug-related criminals and group,and maximally predict the hidden drug-related criminals.Therefore,the social network analysis of drug-related crime based on phone bill has very important theoretical and practical values.This research is based on more than 800 phone bills of drug users and drug dealers obtained from discovered drug-related crimes of City A,including more than 5 million call records and more than 10,000 pieces of information of drug-related criminals.Through preprocessing of phone bills and the data of drug-related criminals,including data cleansing,the social network analysis software Pajek is used for analysis.Firstly,lock the suspicious drugrelated criminal and susceptible population from the three perspectives of degree centrality,betweenness centrality and closeness centrality;secondly,utilize the community analysis method to identify the drug-related group and conduct visual presentation of analysis results;thirdly use the logistic regression method to train the sample data of drug-related criminals,and build a model which can identify the drug-related criminals,non-drug-related criminals,drug users and drug dealers.This model can be employed to rapidly find the drug-related key points and discover the drug-related community and group.This work can provide a new perspectiveand idea to study the social network relations of drug-related criminal and fight drug-related crimes.
