The Analysis Of The Employment Status And Its Influencing Factors Of Floating Population

Floating population, as the inevitable result of industrialization and urbanization’s process, the employment situation of floating population has been of concern. After reviewing the employment theories relating to industry and career, such as "Petty-Clark theory","Kuznets population redistribution theory""Push-pull theory" and "Todaro three departments theory", this thesis mainly used data of "Dynamic monitoring data of floating population in2012, Jiangsu". Firstly, take descriptive analysis of the present situation and the employment situation of the floating population, then analysis influencing factors of employment, industry career, employment status, labor time, income. Employment status, employment, industry, career, employment status, labor time and income, these are affected by different factors. This thesis shows that are some employment problems of floating population:income is low, labor for a long time, interest easily damaged, industry and career of employment are narrow. For these above problems, this thesis indicates that the household registration system, labor market, social security system and the floating population of human capital need be improved.
