The rapid development of the Internet of things(Io T)greatly facilitates social production and life,and at the same time is used by criminal activities to a certain extent.In recent years,the Io T devices used by perpetrators have become a new feature of financial abuse cases,especially in cases of non-contact financial abuse such as telecom network fraud.The intelligentization,high efficiency and remoteness of crime tools put great pressure on the investigation and prevention of crime.Given that the core of the interaction between Io T devices and users is to transmit the data generated by the devices to the software platform for visual display,According to the characteristics of Io T data such as timing,effectiveness and realistic relevance,through the analysis of Io T data,its formation process and transmission mode,it can be known that the object,communication and application identifiers in the header of the data frame of the Io T can be physically addressed to obtain the information such as the time and unique identification code of the data generated by the Io T devices,which can be used as the technical and theoretical basis for the application of Io T data by the public security organs.At the same time,due to a large number of Io T data involving the crime target,the crime tool,the surrounding facilities of the crime site,the track data of the equipment accompanying the perpetrator,the unique identification code of the equipment,log data,metadata and other data,the public security organs also have a realistic basis for the application of Io T data.In the investigation practice,some provincial and municipal public security organs have used Io T data to prevent and control cases of theft of property,and also used Io T data as a case detection clue.Therefore,the Io T data can be used in the investigation and prevention of financial abuse cases of public security organs.In terms of the investigation of financial assault cases,the public security organs conduct correlation and cluster analysis of the Internet of things data in financial assault cases with the information such as the time and place of the crime,which can provide research and judgment basis in the aspects of time and space of the crime,the identity of the perpetrator,and the direction of the stolen goods.In terms of prevention of the case against property,the public security organ Io T data analysis of the case against property,master the rule of the crime,read out the case against property of high-risk groups,weak public security information such as location,vulnerable groups,relying on the Internet of data in three latitude,time,place,space situational awareness of high-risk areas case against property,the high risk population control,the prevention and control of intelligent cruise control,etc.
