Explosive criminal activities have great harm and bad social impact,and pose a real threat to China’s political stability and social stability.Since the beginning,explosion-proof security inspection has been developed as a special task to curb explosion crimes,and it has gradually developed and extended to the overall basic work of public security.China’s public security explosion-proof security inspection work has accumulated a large amount of data for a long time,but these data lack effective management and application,and it is difficult to form a strong data support for the accurate and efficient promotion of explosion-proof security inspection work.Knowledge Graph provides a better ability to manage,organize and understand the massive amount of information on the Internet.It describes the concepts,entities and their relationships in the objective world in a structured form,and has powerful semantic correlation capabilities.The construction of explosion-proof security inspection knowledge graph integrates the knowledge of explosion-proof security inspections,associates them into a "semantic network",and presents them in a visual form,providing underlying data support for explosion-proof security inspections,which is conducive to the standardized and efficient implementation of explosion-proof security inspections.Improve the professional quality of staff.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Construction of explosion-proof security knowledge graph pattern layer.By studying the explosion-proof security inspection cases and professional knowledge,combing out the elements of explosion-proof security inspection,and then defining the concept system,the attributes of the concept,and the relationship between concepts,and introducing relevant axioms,referring to the seven-step method and other ontology construction methods,the construction of the explosion-proof security inspection ontology is introduced in detail;Through the ontology editor protégé,edit the defined concepts,the attributes of the concepts,and the relationships between the concepts,and create the underlying instance to complete the construction of the explosion-proof security inspection ontology model.(2)Construction of data layer of knowledge graph of explosion-proof security inspection.The construction process of the data layer is described in detail.The entity extraction is completed through the BiLSTM-CRF model,the relationship extraction is completed through the dependency syntax analysis and the Bootstrapping algorithm,and the event extraction is completed through the template-based matching method;Entity disambiguation is achieved through the similarity calculation based on the context surface features and the category similarity calculation based on the superordinate relationship of the entities,and the fused knowledge is obtained;Use the Neo4 j graph database to complete the storage of the final knowledge and form the explosion-proof security inspection knowledge base.(3)Realization and application of explosion-proof security inspection knowledge graph.With the help of the Deepfinder platform,complete the configuration of the explosion-proof security inspection knowledge base and realize the visualization of the graph;Through the visual display of the graph of the actual case,show the guidance role of the explosion-proof security inspection knowledge graph in the actual work.
