From Proletarian Dictatorship To People's Democratic Dictatorship

The People's Democratic Dictatorship is a form of political power created by the Communist Party of China,represented by Mao Zedong,by combining Marxism Leninism's theory of Proletarian Dictatorship with China's specific conditions,which is suitable for China's national conditions and revolutionary tradition.It is the specific practice of Marxist State Theory in China.At present,there are still many vague understandings about the origin,nature,function and even rationality of the People's Democratic Dictatorship,even in the academic circles.This shows that it is absolutely necessary to make a historical study of the theoretical origin of the People's Democratic Dictatorship and clarify the differences and connections between the People's Democratic Dictatorship and the Proletarian Dictatorship.In addition,improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity are the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform,and it will take a long historical process to achieve this goal.In this process,how to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity in accordance with the basic principles of Marxist state theory involves not only the theoretical level,but also the practical level.As the essence of Marxist state theory,the theory of the people's democratic dictatorship is the product of the theory of the proletarian dictatorship under the specific historical conditions of China.Only by clarifying the differences and connections between the people's democratic dictatorship and the proletarian dictatorship can we better and truly improve the national system under the guidance of Marxism,and promote the national governance system and Modernization of governance capacity.This paper first combs Marx and Engels' theoretical discussion on the Dictatorship of the Proletariat,analyzes the breeding,formation and development of Marx and Engels' thought of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat from three aspects of background,content and value,then examines the differentiation and evolution of Marxist Theory of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat after Marx and Engels,and finally the Sinicization of the theory of the Dictatorship of the Proletariat--human The formation and development of the theory of People's Democratic Dictatorship are investigated and lessons are summed up,so as to provide theoretical support for us to adhere to and develop People's Democratic Dictatorship better today.
