After the collapse of the Soviet Union,Russia inherited the traditional ideas of the Russian Empire and hoped to integrate into Europe through radical political and economic reforms, but failed to achieve success. In the difficult situation, with the rise of new Eurasianism,Russia's domestic elites gradually turned their attention to the Eurasian region, hoping to maintain Russia's strategic space with regional integration,to preserve their own security and dominate the regional agenda.Russia's early integration policy was committed to the integration within the scope of the Commonwealth of Independent States.Due to the development and change of the international situation and regional situation,Russia actually implemented the policy of sub regional integration with some countries, and gradually developed into the Eurasian Economic Union. With the "eastward shift" of Russia's diplomatic focus,President Putin put forward the concept of large Eurasian partnership on the basis of Eurasian Economic Union, expanding the space scope of Eurasian integration strategy from the space of post Soviet Union to the Eurasian continent, making the Eurasian integration strategy achieve new development. In this process,Russia gradually realized that the policy of taking geopolitics as the starting point and goal has been unsustainable. The success of Eurasian Economic Union has made Russia gradually shift its focus from maintaining its strategic space, establishing collective security and other goals to promoting regional economic development.China's China China one belt, one road initiative,is included in the strategy of Russia's Eurasian integration. Its strategic vision and implementation clearly indicate that cooperation with China is the key. Therefore, the Eurasian integration strategy has a strong self-interest,which requires me to study it carefully and make a reasonable response. This article carries out research mainly from the following four chapters:The first chapter mainly analyzes the origin of Russia's Eurasian integration strategy. This chapter introduces the reasons for the implementation of Eurasian integration strategy from two aspects: the actual situation in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the transformation of the ideology of the elite and the changes of the external international and regional situation in Russia. The second chapter combs the development track of Russia's Eurasian integration strategy. This chapter combs the various integration policies carried out by Russia in different space scopes, introduces the Eurasian integration strategy in detail, and focuses on the transformation of Russia's political integration strategy from maintaining the post Soviet strategic space to actively promoting the process of economic integration in Europe and Asia,as well as the transformation from geopolitical driving in this process A process driven by economic development. The third chapter mainly analyzes the Russian Eurasian integration strategy. This chapter first analyzes the overall goal of Eurasian integration strategy, then analyzes Russia's interests, advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of Eurasian integration, and judges the impact of Russia's Eurasian integration strategy on Eurasian region and China. The conclusion chapter analyzes the prospect of Eurasian integration strategy, and finally puts forward China's response. One belt, one road to China,is bound to be a breakthrough in the short term. But this strategy has some degree of complementarity with the "one belt and one way".The concept of Eurasian integration is equally beneficial to China,so China should strengthen its judgement while supporting and cooperation. We will work together to achieve win-win results.
