Study On The Strategy Of Business Environment Construction In Xuzhou From The Perspective Of Government Management

The business environment report was issued by the world bank in 2003.The business environment construction has become the most important driving factor for the rapid development of society,and has been recognized worldwide.In recent years,the government's macro-control and market regulation are integrated,which provides a good foundation for social and economic development.Although the process of urbanization is still being strengthened,the social and economic conditions in different regions are significantly different,but under the influence and guidance of macro-control,China's national economic strength is still showing a gradual growth trend.In order to better adapt to the needs of business management,Xuzhou City focuses on building business environment,and based on the government management,guides the government departments to coordinate with the economic market,so as to effectively manage and optimize the business environment,which is conducive to the government's governance ability to be more modern,so as to obtain more investment funds,and work wholeheartedly for the masses,which is in Xuzhou The government also plays a crucial role in strengthening construction services.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the business environment of Xuzhou.Based on the government intervention theory and the new public management theory,this paper investigates and interviews the managers,investors in Xuzhou and the person in charge of the business environment in Xuzhou.At the same time,through a large number of questionnaires,it analyzes the business environment in Xuzhou as a whole.Based on the characteristics of Xuzhou City,this paper discusses the business environment of Xuzhou City,and points out that the main problems of the business environment of Xuzhou City are the shortage of government service,the urgent need to improve the talent structure,the nonstandard market supervision order and the severe regional development situation.Through the analysis and induction of the causes of the above problems,the main problem is the government At the policy level,including the government's positioning of business environment,the lack of complete team building of business personnel and the relative fluctuation of business economy,and then put forward the following measures to improve the business environment of Xuzhou from the perspective of government management: strengthen the government's own construction,improve the government's public service quality,standardize market management,give play to regional advantages,and at the same time,from the perspective of supervision,tax and city Suggestions on the construction of business environment in Xuzhou are put forward from the policy level of market access.Through the discussion of the improvement strategy of business environment in Xuzhou under the study of government management,this paper provides good suggestions for Xuzhou to build an international,legal and convenient business environment,and also provides some references for the construction of business environment in other regions.
