Study On The Leading Role Of Party Organizations In State-owned Enterprises In The New Era

Party organizations of state-owned enterprises play a leading role,which is the unique advantage of China's state-owned enterprises according to China's national conditions.We should give full play to the leading role of party organizations in state-owned enterprises and promote their scientific development.At the same time,we can make the party's leadership concrete and practical,and deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.State-owned enterprises are the important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the mainstay of the market economy.In the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,the party organization work is facing many new opportunities and challenges,which urge state-owned enterprises to adjust their organizational structure and leadership system in accordance with the changes in the situation,and improve some traditional work ideas and methods.On the basis of data collection,this paper studies A company in Hubei Province as an example,analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the role of party organizations in state-owned enterprises,provides experience for reference,and makes targeted exploration of the shortcomings of A company and general state-owned enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures for further strengthening.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and interdisciplinary research.A comprehensive grasp of the research background of this paper,through the review of domestic and foreign literature,clarify the current research status,clarify the research ideas of this paper.The second part summarizes the core concepts and basic theoretical basis of the article,explains the Theory of Party building of Marxism and Leninism,and the theory of party building of state-owned enterprises by successive leaders of the Party and the state,sorts out the historical evolution of the role of party organizations in state-owned enterprises,and summarizes the necessity of party organizations in state-owned enterprises to play a leading role.The third part analyzes the present situation of the leading role of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises.On the basis of previous literature review,A company in Hubei Province was taken as A typical investigation,and relevant achievements obtained in the past were summarized through field research.Through the integration of the collected data,we know that there are deficiencies in the role of party organizations in other state-owned enterprises,and analyze the problems and causes of party organizations in A company and other state-owned enterprises in the construction of party organizations,participation in decision-making on major issues,ideological understanding of party affairs personnel and party-masses relations.The fourth part,on the basis of the above research,puts forward how to give full play to the leading role of the party organization and how to solve the problem.This paper studies the leading role of party organizations in state-owned enterprises,and analyzes it in combination with actual enterprises,striving to applytheoretical experience to practice and alleviate and solve the actual problems faced by party organizations in state-owned enterprises.At the same time,we should set up an organizational structure and institutional mechanism that is conducive to the role of the Party and turn the unique political advantages of state-owned enterprises into the inherent development advantages of state-owned enterprises.It is of great significance to enhance the vitality and creativity of state-owned enterprises in the new era and then realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
