Study On The Role Of Government In The Development Of Rural Tourism Industry In Liandu District Of Zhejiang Province

In the process of social development,rural tourism,as one of the ways for human beings to approach the nature,has become an important supplementary form of tourism industry.It integrates leisure,entertainment and sightseeing,and plays an irreplaceable role in stimulating regional traffic,hotel accommodation,cultural consumption,etc.Therefore,the development of rural tourism and the performance of the government's economic functions have a unity.In recent years,the government of Liandu District,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province has been committed to the development of rural tourism,which has greatly promoted the flow of rural population and economic development.At the same time,the development of market economy is closely related to the resource endowment.The development of rural tourism depends on the development of tourism resources,not to mention the role of the government.In order to study the relationship between the performance of local government's duties and the development of rural tourism industry,so as to promote the rapid development of regional rural economy and the overall improvement of people's living standards,Based on the rural tourism in Liandu District,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and typical analysis to investigate the relevant measures committed to the development of rural tourism in the process of performing the functions of the basic level government in Liandu district.This paper discusses the current situation of rural tourism industry in Liandu District of Lishui City and the role of the grass-roots government,sums up the shortcomings,explains the problems in the development of rural tourism industry from the perspective of the role of the government,and puts forward the optimization and improvement strategies of the role of the government.Through the research,we know that under the current economic conditions,the development of rural tourism in Liandu district is mainly led by the district government,and has made obvious achievements,but there are more or less problems in policies and regulations,development planning,public services and industry supervision.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of rural tourism in Liandu District,the district government should clarify the position of government responsibilities,strengthen the guidance of industrial planning,deepen the service concept,strengthen market supervision,and give full play to the leading role of local government in the development process of rural tourism industry.
