Research On Handan Administrative Division Adjustment Based On Political Location

As the urbanization process of Handan City continues to accelerate,the scale of urban land use continues to expand,and the problem of land supply and demand is increasingly intensified.The disadvantages of the original administrative divisions of Handan City are increasingly highlighted,which restricts the rapid development of Handan City economy to a certain extent.In September 2016,some administrative division adjustments in Handan City were officially approved by the State Council,providing Handan with a wider space for integrating regional resources,optimizing the layout of productivity,and improving the city's comprehensive carrying capacity.It is of practical significance to analyze the influence of administrative division adjustment on the economic and social development of a region,and promote the supply-side structural reform from the institutional perspective.However,the domestic research on the adjustment of administrative divisions still focuses on qualitative analysis,which is discussed from the urban level,political power construction,administrative management system and local economic development,and lacks analysis of certain objective data.Therefore,this article discusses the impact of Handan's administrative division adjustment on economic and social development from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which has certain scientific and practicality.The details are as follows:Firstly,based on the relevant administrative division adjustment policy put forward by the Handan City Government,it scientifically analyzes the necessity of implementing administrative division adjustment in Handan City.Quantitative elements of Handan's municipal district situation are related to traffic accessibility,resource control capacity and comprehensive development scale.Further use of the data of the Statistics Bureau has measured the impact of Handan City's administrative division adjustment on the political district situation.Secondly,the grey correlation analysis model was used to calculate the correlation between the administrative area situation indexes and economic and social indexes after adjustment of administrative divisions in Handan City and each county.Thirdly,according to the main indicators determined above,the grey forecasting model GM(1,1)is used to forecast the trend of Handan's GDP and the proportion of fiscal revenue in GDP.Finally,it is explained that theimplementation of administrative division adjustment research in Handan City is a complex project.This research has certain scientific significance,and relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.The research shows that: firstly,after implementing administrative division adjustment in Handan City,the measure of the political district situation is greater than1,and the administrative division adjustment has a positive effect on the change of the political district situation.Furthermore,the indicators of greater economic and social impact after the implementation of administrative division adjustment in Handan City and various counties and districts are the total GDP and the proportion of fiscal revenue in GDP.Finally,the predicted value of the two indicators according to the total GDP and the proportion of fiscal revenue in GDP shows an upward trend,which shows that after the implementation of administrative division adjustment in Handan City in the next few years,it will promote the economic and social development of Handan City and increase the vitality of Handan City.
