Study On Intelligent Prevention Of Community Security Risks

In the background of risk society,community has already been the gathering place of security risks and at the forefront of the prevention of risks.Community security risk is a future scenario in which security loss is resulted from the disorder in a certain region.As the age of artificial intelligence comes,we urgently need to deepen the understanding of risk by new technology,and enhance the perceptual ability of security risks in grassroots community.This paper adapts the methods of documentary analysis and ontology construction,in light of the needs of intelligent prevention of community security risks,and finally,obtains the main results.First,this paper analyzed the related theoretical problems of community security risks and proposed the existence of elements of community security risks and relations of them,which contributes to the occurrence and evolution of risks eventually.In addition,it analyzed the characteristics of risk elements and their specific relations.Secondly,the paper built the underlying data foundation for intelligent prevention by structuring knowledge graph and ontology model.It transformed the data relating to community security risks into the ontology of "people-place-thing-matter-organization",mapped the riskdriven ontological association structure,and constructed the knowledge graph of community security risks by knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion and other steps.Ultimately,it gave the overall intelligent prevention structure of community security risks.Intelligent prevention will shape a relatively closed-loop management of community security.Principled by predictive,big data thought and intelligent processing mode,it can work out the framework design of intelligent prevention of community security risk from the technology perception layer,data source and knowledge application.Furthermore,it can support the realization of community security risk searching,association analysis,deduction of relations and early warning of high-risk person.Simultaneously,it analyzed the problem of the failure of intelligent prevention and the problem of intelligent prevention under abnormal conditions.
