As an important part of police work,community policing has a great influence on the development and construction of the entire city’s police system.With the rapid increase in population in recent years,housing density has continued to increase,and community police data sources have become more and more complex.The development of the Smart SpaceTime Community Police Affairs System was commissioned by the Public Security Bureau of a district in Wuhan.It aims to break the traditional police management model,make full use of shared data and information,broaden the intelligence and information transmission channels of the police management and control network,and enhance the coordination and linkage of police affairs.Ability to comprehensively optimize the allocation of community police resources.The Smart Space-Time Community Police Service system uses space-time big data technology to completely abandon the original working method of manually processing data.Using spatio-temporal big data technology to integrate and share isolated time and space elements in the public security management data information in Wuhan City,so that the data and information exist in both the time and space dimensions,thereby creating a foundation that can assist the district.The police department promptly discovers,prevents,locates,controls,displays,handles,and resolves a new type of community policing system for various public security incidents.In the needs analysis phase of this article,we have an in-depth understanding of the police work process in the district,combined with the current development of smart policing,and carried out a lot of research work for the key and rigid needs of the Public Security Bureau.The Smart Space-Time Community Police Service System designed a standard address library on the basis of demand analysis,and correlated the district’s addresses,personnel,units,cases and other public security management data through standard address elements.Based on the standard address library,a visual big data management module,a "one standard three real" data collection module,an actual vehicle management module,a public security prevention module,and a community basic management and control module are designed separately.The five major modules of the system basically cover the area.The Public Security Bureau fully integrates public security data.The above figure shows all the requirements for the collection and management of basic information of personnel,houses,and units in the jurisdiction,traffic data information management,security equipment information management,basic community information,and emergency case handling.Taking into account the particularity of police work and the need for a smart space-time community police system to ensure stable operation and timely response,the system design in this paper adopts a distributed architecture,adopts Nginx reverse proxy to achieve software load balancing at the application layer,and uses distribution among modules The interactive microservice technology realizes the interaction,and the database system adopts the Oracle database system with high security and the real application clusters architecture with good fault tolerance mechanism.In this paper,after the completion of the design and implementation of the Smart SpaceTime Community Police System,a series of tests have been carried out on the functions and performance of the system.First of all,a large number of black box tests have been carried out on each function point of the system;secondly,due to the large amount of public security data information of the district public security bureau and involving personal and public sensitive information,the non-functional test of the system mainly focuses on the security performance of the system.The existing vulnerabilities were modified in time;at last,this article analyzed the system test results in detail.After passing the test,the smart space-time community policing system is officially deployed to the public security bureau network environment of a certain district of Wuhan to operate and use normally.According to the actual operating status of the system,the smart space-time community policing system can well meet the public security of the district The daily police work needs of the Bureau,this article has completed the expected work.
