Study On Occupational Risk Analysis And Countermeasures Of Auxiliary Police

At present,as a useful supplement to the police force of public security organs,auxiliary police have become a vital force for maintaining social stability in our country,cracking down on crimes,carrying out public security administration,and serving the people.However,when assisting the police in carrying out police work,auxiliary police are facing multiple occupational risk factors.Those risks not only seriously endanger the occupational safety and health of auxiliary police but also reduce the sense of occupational ownership and work enthusiasm.Therefore,it is meaningful to research the occupational risk of auxiliary police.Meanwhile,identifying,evaluating and responding to occupational risk factors of this group of people,reduce the casualties of auxiliary police,improve the overall effectiveness of police work,and promote the standardization of auxiliary police management,Institutionalization,legalization,and ultimately achieving the goal of comprehensively deepening public security reform is of great significance.First of all,this article defines the concept of occupational risk for auxiliary police based on sorting out the research results related to auxiliary police and occupational risks.Secondly,based on the risk management theory and accident cause theory,a qualitative method is used to identify the occupational risk factors of auxiliary police,and a questionnaire for occupational risk evaluation of auxiliary police is prepared.Thirdly,through questionnaire surveys and data analysis,the questionnaire items are screened in a quantitative way to assess the severity of occupational risks of auxiliary police,the differences between different groups,and the impact of consequences.Finally,based on the results of occupational risk identification and evaluation of auxiliary police,a series of countermeasures for occupational risks of auxiliary police are proposed.The research results show that: first,the occupational risks of auxiliary police include physical risk,psychological risk,social risk,work risk,treatment risk,relationship risk,a total of six risk dimensions,thirty-four risk factors.Second,the occupational risk of auxiliary police is at a moderately high level.Third,the occupational risk of auxiliary police has significant differences in different genders,ages,marital status,educational background,working years,jobs,and employment methods.Fourth,the occupational risk of auxiliary police has a significant negative impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment,and a significant positive impact on resignation tendency and job burnout.Based on the above research results,this article proposes the following coping strategies:On the one hand,the occupational safety protection of auxiliary police should be strengthened.On the other hand,the mental health protection of auxiliary police should be reinforced.Additionally,reshaping the social image of auxiliary police.Furthermore,Changing the status quo of the work of auxiliary police.Next,improving the guarantee system for the treatment of auxiliary police.Lastly,paying attention to the building of internal relations within the organization.
