Research On The Safety Management Of Civil Explosives From The Perspective Of Intelligent Policing

In recent years,it is the golden age of intelligent police reform and development.Under the current trend background,the wide application of information technology provides a strong technical guarantee for the safety management of civil explosives.The public security organ should actively respond to the challenges brought by the current social development trend to the safety management of civil explosives.Based on the safety management of civil explosives from the perspective of intelligent policing,this paper takes Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province as the research subject,adopts a combination of theory and practice,and studies the safety management of civil explosives from different perspectives through literature research,comparative analysis,field investigation and other research methods,and thoroughly analyzes the current management work Some suggestions on how to improve the safety management of civil explosives are put forward.This paper is divided into the following five parts.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the research background and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.From the macro perspective,this paper systematically discusses the significance of this study,summarizes the research results of relevant scholars,and combs the general problems encountered in the management process of individual regions and the situation of taking measures.The second part of this paper focuses on the summary of related concepts.On the basis of the above,this paper focuses on the concept,characteristics,development process of intelligent police,the definition and scope of civil explosives,and the meaning and significance of civil explosives safety management,and then constructs the research framework of this paper.The third part of this paper summarizes the status quo of Civil Explosives Safety Management in Zaozhuang City from the perspective of intelligent police,analyzes and summarizes the urgent problems in the civil explosives safety management.At present,the safety management level of civil explosives in Zaozhuang City is generally good,but there are still some problems,such as the intelligent talents to be trained,the quality of data collection to be improved,the integration of information resources to be strengthened,the information technology support to be strengthened,and the ability of early warning and strike to be improved.The fourth part is the countermeasure part.On the basis of the above integration analysis,the author believes that from the perspective of intelligent police,the Civil Explosives Safety Management in Zaozhuang City should focus on the following aspects: first,change the concept and cultivate intelligent talents;second,standardize the collection to ensure the quality of data collection;third,resource sharing to strengthen the integration of information resources;fourth,improve the system and strengthen the information technology protection The fifth is to take the initiative to improve the ability of early warning and strike.The fifth part systematically expounds the research conclusion,and makes a prospect for the future safety management of civil explosives in public security organs.
