With the development of reform and opening up and social progress,the original labor relations and corresponding forms of employment can not meet the needs of social production,labor dispatch came into being.As soon as labor dispatch comes out,it develops rapidly in our country,but it also brings many problems,among which different pay for the same work is an important point.This paper uses literature research,empirical research and normative research methods to study the current labor dispatch system,and finds that there is a problem of different pay for the same work.The main reasons for the above problems are that the definition of "equal pay for equal work" is not specific enough,the expression in the requirements of "Three Natures" is not clear enough,the punishment for illegal acts is not enough,the government's supervision is not in place,and the labor union's protection is not in place.It is suggested that the legislative body should further clarify the standard of "equal pay for equal work" and the connotation of the requirements of "Three Natures" in labor dispatch,and reasonably set up the legal responsibility for violating the equal pay for equal work in labor dispatch;the labor department should strengthen the supervision of labor dispatch institutions and the employing units;the trade union should also strengthen the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of dispatched workers.
