descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on demographic characteristics and training status.?~2tests were used to compare the training status and needs of the elderly service personnel and the scores of different elderly service personnel on knowledge, information and banking.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the scores of elderly service personnel.Pearson correlation analysis was used for the correlation between the information and bank of the elderly service personnel. In order to further understand the actual needs of elderly care,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted on 118elderly residentsResults:1.There were 116 nursing staff,9 doctors,22 nurses and 85 nursing staff. There were 21males(18.1%)and 95 females(81.9%),and the average KAOPS score was(121.19±18.89).The score of SCSQ in the positive dimension(24.39±6.20)and the score in the negative dimension(11.02±5.56).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, length of service for the aged and KAOPS score were the influencing factors of knowledge, attitude and behavior of the aged.Employment mode, post and FAQ1 score are the influencing factors of the attitude of the elderly service personnel.KAOPS score and post are the influencing factors of the positive dimension of the behavior of the elderly service personnel.5.In this study,354 middle-aged and elderly personnel in Shihezi city have a large age structure, generally low education level, low pre-service and in-service training rates, and a strong demand for training in all aspects. The elderly care workers generally have a low grasp of knowledge, have a positive attitude towards the elderly, and adopt ideal ways to cope with difficulties in work. The elderly have a lot of needs for nursing care. Therefore,it is suggested to further improve the training system of nursing care based on the real needs of local elderly service personnel and the elderly, improve the nursing quality of the elderly service personnel, and further improve the quality of life of the elderly in old age,so as to make contributions to healthy aging.
