Great efforts to train personnel pension services, pension services to develop in the direction toward specialization, the development of China's aging population is an urgent need. The research projects continuously meet the aging society in China, specialization and standardization of the development needs of aged care services around the major reserves of human resources to do a useful exploration of two aspects, one from a theoretical perspective, the elderly in China demand, pension means pension institutions and pension status and needs of service personnel, the training to conduct a comprehensive training strategy understanding and analysis, human resource services in China Construction endowment made rational thinking,In-depth study to provide old-age New Vision. Second, from a practical perspective, based on the analysis in the investigation, with specific recommendations for operational implementation of personnel training programs for old-age institutions, universities and training professionals to provide practical examples of pension services, improve our overall service for the elderly the quality and level of services to pension gradually professional.Full-text consists of five parts, the five parts of this study can be summarized in two sections:the first part of this study the first four sections, namely old-age social services the need for training of personnel training, the fifth part of this study The second section, the social care service personnel training in the implementation of the strategy.Part I:In the interpretation of "elderly population", "population aging" and other related concepts on the basis of content, through analysis of the global status of population aging, the aging of our population status and the status of the aging population in Shandong Province to clarify the background of this research project.Part II:a typical city targeting the elderly, the interview survey to understand the needs of the elderly pension, while analysis to understand the way the current type of pension and changes. Pension services to a clear need for training of personnel training and the elderly, the quality of service requirements, clear care service personnel training goals and direction.Part III:Through questionnaires, interviews and related research data, understanding of existing institutions and pension service pension status. Pension service the following problems:professional ethics needs to be improved, a serious lack of professional knowledge, low education levels, age structure is too large, sex structure is irrational (mostly women), the service team instability, staff mobility.Part IV:From the perspective of foreign and domestic services, personnel training carding status of pension, pension services that our problems in personnel training and the experience gained and results.Part V:make specific personnel training and training strategies. This section is the focus of this article, combined with Zibo Teachers College "old service and management" to open a professional practice, from enrollment targets, quality requirements, curriculum, teaching arrangements and other specific aspects of starting, discusses the implementation of personnel training programs, to strengthen professional talents. Also, understand the training needs of staff in the post, clearly forms of training content and training to enhance professional training and improve the quality of personnel in the post.
