Research On The Service Demand And Satisfaction Of The Elderly In Rural Areas Under Different Endowment Modes

In China's rural areas,on the one hand,the number of elderly people is high,on the other hand,rural pension service providers are difficult to follow up in terms of both quantity and quality.Furthermore,rural home-based old-age care cannot obtain more resources,which only come from the family and cannot obtain more external resources.Rural community pension has just emerged,but the development is not mature,there is a big gap from the national standards;Institution endowment is subject to economic pressure,traditional idea,development is sluggish.Generally speaking,there is a mismatch between the actual supply and demand of the current old-age service.There is unbalanced and insufficient demand for old-age care in rural areas,which cannot keep pace with social development.Through the province of area F W city S rural areas to interview investigation,questionnaire,201 recycling effective questionnaire 178,interview people divided into home endowment and community endowment and institution endowment three modes of the elderly,institution endowment of the elderly including pension expense and the government to provide "infirm old people,on the basis of the data analysis of different patterns of the rural elderly in the differences between different types of service demand,further analysis the reason,put forward to solve the problem of the current pension service demand.The study found that there was no significant difference in spiritual comfort services and cultural/leisure services among the elderly of different modes.However,there were significant differences among the four types of services,namely,life care services,medical and health care services,social work/well-being services and rights protection services.The reasons for the existence of this situation mainly include the following aspects: the pension service system is lack of widespread public concern,and there are certain misunderstandings;Service team unstable quality is not high,development is limited;Lack of infrastructure,lack of adequate investment in construction;The change of social roles of the elderly leads to the increase of psychological stress;The three pension models are limited by their own conditions and lack of resources.With the help of social work professional theory,this study analyzes the reasons for the insufficient demand of pension services in different pension modes by participating in observation and social investigation.The introduction of social work mechanism to strengthen the construction of the workforce;Door-to-door publicity and popularization of professional knowledge,improve the level of service;Introduce various forces to participate in the construction of old-age service facilities;Break down barriers and innovate pension services.Then improve the rural elderly service satisfaction,the construction of a happy old age life.
