| From the perspective of city,urban public safety is the key field of intelligent city construction,covering urban fire safety,so that intelligent fire control can be regarded as an crucial part of the construction of intelligent city application system.In the social environment of accelerating development and progress,jiangxi's social fire safety is facing more and more new challenges,situations and problems,putting forward higher requirements on supervision and management of fire control,fire fighting and rescue.Therefore,it is of great imminence to construct and develop intelligent fire control.Jiangxi fire fighting forces currently consist of 5,000 people on active duty,11 detachments and a training base.The province is equipped with 202 full-time government fire brigades and 2,790 members.There are more than 1.6 million market entities in the province,254 super high-rise buildings with a height of more than 100 meters,2 underground traffic rails,132 large-scale urban complexes,4,030 inflammable and explosive units,6,793 labor-intensive enterprises,and over 16,000 tasks of alarm receival and disposal in the province per year.In recent years,Jiangxi Fire Control Corps has carried out a comprehensive construction of intelligent fire control,which has achieved phased effects.However,there are also many difficulties and deficiencies.This is the starting point of this paper.The focal point and the entry point of this study is to summarize successful experiences and practices of intelligent fire control development on the level of theory,analyze existing problems and provide policy suggestions on a practical level.The thesis researches Jiangxi intelligent fire control as a case study,organically combines the relevant theories such as Public Economics and Urban Management with the strategy research on facilitating the construction of intelligent fire control.Through the methods of case analysis,survey research,etc,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the construction of intelligent fire control,illustrates the definition of related concepts and technical foundations,elaborates the current development situation of Jiangxi intelligent fire control construction,points out the existent key problems,and analyzes and summarizes the main features and advanced experiences of intelligent fire control construction in other regions of China.Finally,on the basis of combining actual condition,the study proposes countermeasures for the construction and development of Jiangxi intelligent fire control,and provides the reference for further promoting intelligent fire control in other regions.It provides learning and reference for the construction of intelligent fire control in jiangxi province to make better and faster development and progress,and for the further promotion of intelligent fire control work in other regions. |
