Research On The Party Construction Of Social Science Organizations In The New Era

Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the new era,social organizations have ushered in an important historical development opportunity and become an important force for all-round participation in the construction and development of the country in the new era.Social science organizations,as one of the important teams,have distinct characteristics which are different from other social organizations.They are the important support to publicize the Party's theory,guide social values and ideology,and manage the society.They are new forms of organization for the expression of social interests and the allocation of public resources.They are also important areas of the Party's grass-roots organization construction.The construction of the party in social organizations of social sciences in the new era is the internal requirement and fundamental guarantee for the better and faster development of social organizations of social sciences,and the objective requirement for the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and the consolidation of the role of the Party's grass-roots organizations as the battle fortress.Although the Party construction of social science organizations started late and achieved some results,it is still in the primary stage today,facing many practical problems,which is the weak link of the Party construction at the grass-roots level.In addition,the profound transformation of the social structure,the acceleration of social mobility,and a large number of new situations and problems continue to emerge,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the Party construction of social science organizations.Based on the background of the new era,aiming at exploring the path and countermeasures of the Party construction of social organizations of social sciences,this paper selects the social sciences,a more professional and cutting-edge social organization,on the basis of following the commonness of the Party construction of social organizations,by using the methods of literature study,empirical research and case study,it investigates and studies the current situation of Party construction of social science organizations affiliated to Xuzhou Philosophy and Social Sciences Association,focusing on the coverage of Party organizations,management system,organizational structure and basic conditions,activity development and working mechanism.The research shows that the following problems exist in the party building of social science social organizations: the coverage of Party construction is seriously inadequate,the role of Party organizations and Party members is not in place,and the management system of Party construction is not smooth.In view of the problems,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of ideology,system mechanism and external environment,such as the insufficient ideological identity and the lack of classified guiding thinking;the discord of organizational mechanism,the lack of bureaucratic governance,the unscientific embeddedness of Party construction;the lag of relevant laws and policies.Based on the advanced experience and practice of other regions in China,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the Party construction and management of social organizations in the new era: First of all,optimize the management system and create a smooth multi governance pattern,such as implementing centralized industry management according to local conditions,improving the coordination system and bottom line management;Secondly,expand the coverage of Party construction in a scientific,classified and orderly way,and pay attention to the leading role of the Party and the autonomy of social science organizations.Thirdly,in the aspect of self-construction of the Party organization,strengthen the service function,team building and responsibility list system,promote the function of Party construction,and promote the standardized operation of Party construction.Finally,we should highlight the leading role of think tanks,integrate resources of social think tanks,promote government purchase,and help Party construction innovation.The current situation and problems of the party construction of Xuzhou Philosophy and Social Sciences Association are of universal practical significance,which is the real epitome of the party building of social science organizations in the new era.This paper takes this as an example,through the study of the Party construction of social organizations in the new era,in order to change the current situation of the difficulty of Party construction coverage of social organizations in social sciences,including the low rate of Party organization formation,the difficulty of integration of Party organization work and social science organization work,etc.,provides targeted and operable work guidance;provides reference for promoting the high-quality development of social science organizations and realizing the positive interaction between the Party and social science organizations.
