Based On The Embeddedness Theory To Study Social Science Organization Governance

At present,in a critical period of comprehensively deepen reform in our country,activate social organization,improve social organization governance,promote cultural development and prosperity is time request of the new period.Social sciences as an important force in social organizations,plays a very important role in,discipline advantage and talent advantage greatly promote the development of our country "think tank".However,in the process of the change "small government,big society" of government function,social sciences social organizations began to assume part of the government purchasing service function,the originally some malpractice and the flaw also gradually highlights.Therefore,it is imperative to social sciences social organization mode of governance research,it helps to cultivate new social ecology and promote administrative reform.Based on the embeddness theory of governance as a research perspective,this paper explores suitable for social sciences relationship between government and organization interaction of embedded in social organization governance mechanism,build a theoretical analysis framework.Using the method of field survey and the interview,the paper analyzes the basic situation of social sciences social organization governance in our country,and social sciences in Dalian area social organizations as sample,analysis of social sciences social organization quantity.Combining with the embeddness governance theoretical framework,build the four-quadrant embeddness model,analysis existing in the development of social sciences social organizations such as some problems and insufficient in Party building.Finally,from the macro,meso and micro three angles governance model for social sciences social organizations,both from the innovation behavior mechanism,and the rules of behavior on the specification,classification of social sciences social organizations,private social science research institutions countermeasures.cultivating and developing a large number of effective modern social organizations to undertake government transfer function,promote the administrative system reform of our country to develop in the direction of depth.
