In contemporary society,scientific and technological progress,people's living standards continue to improve,the network has gradually entered people's daily life,people use the Internet for communication,work,study and so on,people will also use online shopping to meet the needs of daily life.But online shopping not only facilitates people's lives,but also brings some hidden dangers to the legitimate rights and interests of online shopping consumers.Nowadays,in the era of big data,consumers' personal information has high economic value in business activities.Some online shopping platform operators are driven by interests to collect and use online shopping consumer personal information,turn online shopping consumer personal information into goods,infringement of multiple use transactions to obtain profits,which will not only affect the life of online shopping consumers,but also seriously affect the development of the online trading market.Therefore,in order to secure the personal information of online shopping consumers and the development of the network market,we should actively find effective ways to solve the problem that the personal information of online shopping consumers is violated,and the most effective and direct way is to solve it through consumers themselves and legal channels.However,the consumer's own legal consciousness is weak,the concept of safeguarding rights is poor,our country is not perfect in the legal level of protecting the personal information of online shopping consumers,the legal provisions are scattered and practical,the legal protection of personal information of online shopping consumers does not have unified integrity,does not form a perfect legal system,and can not better provide special protection for the infringed information subject from the legal level.Therefore,based on the basic situation of personal information protection of online shopping consumers in China and the current development of the network market,this paper studies the protection of personal information of online shopping consumers in China.Firstly,the introduction.Secondly,by studying and sorting out the existing data,expatiating the basic theory of online shopping consumer personal information,defining the related concepts of online shopping consumer personal information,clarifying the scope of online shopping consumer personal information protection,and enumerating the manifestations of infringing consumer personal information illegal behavior in online shopping,and then analyzing the necessity of protecting the personal information of online shopping consumers in China,paving the way for the following.Then,this paper expounds the current situation of legislation on personal information of consumers online shopping in China and summarizes the shortcomings of current legislation on protecting personal information of consumers online shopping.Thirdly,the legislation of the United States,the European Union and Japan on theprotection of personal information of online shopping consumers is investigated,and the enlightenment of examining the current situation of relevant legislation outside the country is summarized.Finally,we discuss the main problems of online shopping consumer personal information in China,draw lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries and the development of the current network market in China,put forward some perfect suggestions China,solve the problems existing in the protection of personal information of online shopping consumers in China,and ensure the vigorous and healthy development of the network market in China.
