With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the pace of people’s life is getting faster and faster,and the social competition is getting fiercer and fiercer.As a result,the working pressure of many professional groups is also increasing,even reaching an unprecedented level.In modern society,work pressure has developed into a common phenomenon.At present,China is actively building a service-oriented government,the role of government functions has been constantly enhanced,the government functions have also undergone great changes,grass-roots civil servants,as a special professional group of civil servants,their work has been widely concerned.As the basic manager of various public affairs,grass-roots civil servants are mainly composed of the following groups: the administrative establishment of civil servants;Establishment of civil servants;A labor contractor whose services are purchased by the government.As a direct power of the state to the functions of the government,these days,many grass-roots civil servants work environment pressure is bigger,causes the exhausted,not only will do more harm to individual physiological and physical health,brought adverse effects to promote the efficiency of organization,is also affecting the superior to the deployment and work of civil servants at the grass-roots level.Therefore,to study the work pressure of grassroots civil servants more vigorously is to promote the healthy development of grassroots civil servants,is an important way to carry out the work of grassroots civil servants smoothly,scientific development.In this paper,by using the theory of new public management,job requirements-control model theory and the theory of cognitive interaction in Jining Rencheng people club bureau as an example,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,analyzes the Jining city Rencheng people club bureau grassroots civil servants working pressure situation,discuss Jining Rencheng grass-roots civil servants working pressure of the specific problems and reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem.Study found: Jining Rencheng people club bureau of civil servants working pressure is the main problem: heavy tasks,work is difficult,difficult relationships,operating within the organization is not reasonable,and civil servants career prospects is a lack of confidence,etc.,the reasons for these problems are mainly basic civil servants and the contradiction between work and the construction of e-government system repeated stress,socialpublic opinion and technology,civil servants at the grass-roots level,imperfect system of rewards and punishments,etc.In order to solve the above problems,the article from the self-pressure regulation,self-pressure management;Introduce EAP program to provide external support;Rationalize the organizational structure and standardize the organization and operation;Give full play to the role of the organization,create good interpersonal relationship;Improve their own quality,strengthen the construction of civil servants and other aspects of the "supervision and service" under the background of grass-roots civil servants work pressure adjustment countermeasures.This study will help Rencheng people club bureau civil servants at the grass-roots level debugging work pressure,to Jining Rencheng people club bureau to carry out the work of civil servants to provide the reference and reference,can also through the analysis and research of the pressure adjustment,in order to further promote civil servants working efficiency,improve service efficiency,strengthening the quality of work lay the foundation and basis.
