The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that "party organizations at all levels should care for and protect grassroots cadres and take the initiative to solve problems for them." Civil servants are the main bearers of the implementation of national policies,and they are also direct implementers of local public affairs and play an important role in government management.According to statistics,the total number of civil servants in China reached 7.19 million,and the number of grassroots civil servants exceeded 60%.As the frontline implementer of national policies,grassroots civil servants directly face the public,the tasks of heavy work,difficult work,and low wages make the grassroots civil servants take greater pressure on their work.When the work pressure exceeds the load,the grassroots Civil servants are prone to fatigue,which directly leads to the phenomenon of job burnout of grassroots civil servants.Job burnout manifests itself as a physiological sub-health state or even a psychological disease.Grassroots civil servants are passively absent from work,politically neglected their duties,and threaten the interests of the masses.This will not only affect the credibility and image of the grassroots government,but will also seriously shake the party's ruling foundation and the long-term stability of society.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influencing factors and mitigation measures of the work pressure of grassroots civil servants in fully fulfilling the management functions of grassroots government and building high-quality grassroots civil servants.This paper takes the grassroots civil servants in Changde City,Hunan Province as the research object,collects first-hand data through field research,and deeply analyzes the key factors affecting the work pressure of grassroots civil servants.Through descriptive statistics,differential test and influencing factors analysis of the level of work pressure of civil servants at the grassroots level,the study found that the working pressure of grassroots civil servants in Changde City is at a moderate level,and the work pressure of grassroots civil servants of different ages,marital status and working years is significant.Sexual differences.Among them,the five factors of role conflict,social opinion,family environment,job promotion,and organizational atmosphere all have important influence on the work pressure of grassroots civil servants.Based on the research results of this paper,the countermeasures to alleviate the work pressure of grassroots civil servants in China are proposed from the social,organizational and individual levels,as follows: First,the social level: understanding the work pressure of grassroots civil servants.Guide public opinion propaganda,create a good cognitive atmosphere;improve the psychological assistance system and increase the sense of gaining grassroots civil servants.Second,the organizational level: Strengthen the management of grassroots civil servants.Improve the promotion mechanism for grassroots civil servants;optimize the performance management system for grassroots civil servants;and create a grassroots fair organization atmosphere.Third,the individual level: Strengthen the self-pressure debugging of grassroots civil servants.Correctly understand yourself,avoid role conflicts;master stress debugging skills,enhance your emotional recovery;increase communication with the family,and establish good rear support.
