With the continuous development of the society and the gradual increase of the government's reform and innovation,the work scope and work mode of community-level civil servants have undergone great changes,and the work pressure has also increased day by day.As a result,many community-level civil servants have various physiological and psychological problems.Civil servants at the community level as the largest group of civil servants,is to improve the government executive ability and the management efficiency of the premise and foundation,its working status and work ability not only affect the government's overall performance,more influence to the government department in the people's good image,therefore,to strengthen the research of community-level civil servants working pressure is particularly urgent and important.It is becoming a common problem that community-level civil servants of Taizhou New& Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone are under great pressure due to heavy workload.Fortunately,relevant competent departments have realized the importance of addressing the issue and are making an attempt to make improvements.However,they need to figure out answers of the following questions first: how stressful the community-level civil servants of Taizhou New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone are now? What are the problems? How to relieve pressure? This paper,combining theoretical and empirical researches,has collected the first-hand information about the work pressure of the community-level civil servants in Taizhou New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone through literature research,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis.It not only makes an all-around and multi-level empirical study on the current work pressure the community-level civil servants are now bearing,but also probes into the sources from the internal and external of the organizations,and the personal environments.On this basis,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures to alleviate the work pressure for the group of civil servants,including scientific and reasonable improvement of work tasks,construction of a good administrative and cultural atmosphere,and establishment of a systematic pressure counseling system.
