Study On The Path Of Civilization Construction Of Rural Style Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major decision-making and deployment made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the general program and central task of the agricultural and rural work in the new era,and the fundamental to solve the "three rural" problems and promote the modernization of agricultural and rural areas.In the new era,the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" should be carried out in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life.Among them,rural civilization is the most basic force in Rural Revitalization.We insist on leading the rural culture forward from the ideological and cultural aspects,and grasp the construction of rural civilization,which is the key to rural revitalization.This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research to investigate the surrounding villages of Shenyang,and finds that the current situation of rural wind civilization is good,but some villages still have some problems in the process of building rural wind civilization.Based on the main problems of some villages,it analyzes the causes,and puts forward the war of Rural Revitalization On the background of rural civilization construction in China.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the basis of topic selection,literature review,research ideas and methods,innovations and key problems to be solved.The second part is the theoretical overview of the construction of rural civilization.It mainly expounds the basic theories related to the construction of rural wind civilization,including the theoretical connotation,content composition and characteristics.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of rural civilization construction.This part selects some typical villages in Liaoning Province,conducts empirical research on the current situation of rural wind civilization construction in the form of questionnaire,and expounds the four main problems of rural wind civilization construction,namely,the existence of bad rural customs within a certain range,the deviation of some village cadres' understanding of rural wind civilization,the weak foundation of rural public cultural facilities construction The inheritance of rural traditional culture and customs ismissing.There is also an analysis of the causes of the problems in the construction of rural civilization from five aspects: the level of rural economic development,farmers' own ideas,rural management mechanism,rural public cultural facilities,and rural folk culture inheritance.The fourth part is the countermeasures to promote the construction of rural civilization.This part focuses on the basic path of strengthening the construction of rural wind civilization in China.From the five aspects of improving the overall ideological and moral quality of farmers,improving the construction system and system mechanism of rural wind civilization,encouraging farmers to participate in the typical selection,increasing the investment in rural infrastructure construction,vigorously carrying out the activities of building spiritual civilization,it puts forward the effective way to strengthen the construction of rural wind civilization in China Strategy.
