Studies On The Performances Of Governmental Functions In The Development Of Agritourism Of Dandong

The city of Dandong has both abundant ecotourism and agricultural resources.The deveolopment of Agritourism can not only further tap the advantages of resources,but also effectively widen agricultural functions,extend industry chains,increase the income of farmers,and promote the agricultural transformation from single structure to multiple one.Within the development of agritourism,the government always plays an important role,guiding and serving the industry.For the city,therefore,to find out how the government plays a better role,improves the performances of governmental behaviors to boost the development of agritourism,is of great significance.The paper based on the statistics and first-hand information acquired via field research,qualitatively analyses the related issues in the research field of governmental functions in agritourism through reviewing literature,and uses the conclusions to finish the paper.The paper can be divided into four parts.Chapter One and Two are the first part,which tell the background of the paper,the theoretical and practical significance of the paper,introduce the research status at home and abroad,summarize the concept of agritoursm and theories of governmental functions,and also identify the govermental behaviors in agritourism.Chapter Three and Four are the second part,in which the advantages of agritourism development in Dandong are presented from different respects of natural conditions,location,humanity,industry status and so on.In this part,the paper also state the governmental performances in the Dandong's agritourism,point out the problems and causes.As the third part,Chapter Five gives suggestions,such as detailed planning,perfecting supervision mechanism,increasing support,providing public services,strengthening talent support,improving the propaganda level and stengthening ecological protections to improve the performances of governmental behaviors.Chapter Six,the conclusion,to be the fourth part,tells that the government's problems in the development of agritourism can not be ignored,and government should devote to perfecting the functions to boost the develepment of agritourism.
