Study On Countermeasures Of Mass Incidents Of Youth In New Period

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of domestic economy and the impact of the world’s multi-polarization pattern and economic globalization on China,the living environment,way of thinking,communication method and interest appealing of young people have undergone fundamental changes.The way young people express their own interests and safeguard their rights and interests has also undergone profound changes.Thus,Mass youth incidents in the new era came into being.n the past,youth mass incidents in different forms and with different intensities took place in many places across the country,which affected the stability of local social security and normal economic development in different degrees.This has brought great impact and challenge to the daily management of the government.However,it is not difficult to find that there are still many commonalities when youth mass incidents in the new period present different characteristics and trends.Therefore,as long as we study thoroughly the common factors such as the outbreak reason,general characteristics,manifestation and development trend of these youth mass incidents,we will be able to find the root of youth mass incidents and avoid the risks and challenges brought by youth mass incidents.On the basis of summarizing the concept of mass incidents of youth,this paper respectively analyzes the common features,harms,manifestations and causes of mass incidents of youth in the new era.It also emphasizes the influence of social networks and "we media" relying on the Internet on mass incidents of youth.On this basis,according to the common regularity of youth movement in the new century,this paper discusses the following strategies to prevent youth mass incidents in China:In concept,we should pay attention to cultivating the values of socialist youth with Chinese characteristics In the new era.In terms of employment,the government,schools and the youth themselves should work together to change their employment concepts and improve their employment rate.In the era of "we media",we should strengthen the supervision of online public opinions,reasonably guide the youth groups,and form a benign interaction between the government and the youth groups.In this way,the impact and harm of youth mass incidents on social stability can be alleviated fundamentally.
