In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the number of netizenshas increased quickly, the Internet has melted in every corner of our life and becomeimportant channels to express appeals and participate in the administration anddiscussion of state affairs. Meanwhile, with the arrival of social transition period, ourcountry has also entered a period of social contradictions.
