Study On Safety Management Of Overseas Citizens Of Jilin Province

As China deepens its reform in an all-round way,its relations with the international community have become closer.Every year,more and more Chinese citizens and institutions are leaving the country for study,business,Labor and tourism.At the same time,the new situation and new background brought by the change of international pattern make the international security problems tend to be diversified,and the risk of Chinese citizens abroad is increasing.As 2020 begins,a global epidemic of new coronary pneumonia is raging.The unfair treatment of overseas Chinese citizens due to NCP has aroused wide public concern in China,and also reflects the strong expectation and demand of the Chinese people for the safety management of overseas Chinese citizens.This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter discusses the significance of overseas Chinese citizens' safety protection and related theories,and from the external environment and internal factors of citizens summed up the reasons for the frequent incidents of overseas citizens security.The second chapter introduces the General Situation of the safety protection of overseas citizens in Jilin Province and a series of insurance work in Jilin Province since the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the protection of overseas citizens in Jilin Province and the existing problems.The Fourth Chapter uses the theory of Pprr,and puts forward the countermeasures of improving the safety management of overseas citizens in Jilin Province from four aspects: Prevention,Preparation,Response and Recovery,and from two different angles of government and individual citizens.
