With the emergence and rapid development of new media,it has greatly changed the system structure and power pattern of traditional media,and made great changes in the way of communication.This situation makes the environment of government image management undergoing rapid changes,and new media has become an indispensable means of government governance.As a link between the Central People's government and the people,the importance of local government is self-evident.How to make good use of Internet technology and information technology to carry out work has become an urgent topic for local governments.In recent years,with the rapid development of Suqian's economy,people's voice for network politics is growing.Suqian Municipal government actively responds to the call of the state,actively meets the needs of citizens,and attaches great importance to the important role of new media in managing its own image.Through various new media platforms at all levels,such as portal websites,microblogs,wechat,etc.,the propaganda departments at all levels of Suqian Municipal Government grasp the core,make overall planning and give full play to the guiding role of positive public opinion,and improve the public image of Suqian Municipal government.Besides municipal government official account,municipal government tiktok has also actively developed new media for government affairs.Through the integration of the 12345 platform,the public has offered advice for the government's construction.The public media number such as the jitter,the volcano video and other public media has been launched to publicize the good image of the Suqian municipal government."State governance,world prosperity",Local governments play an important role in the overall work of the party and the state.In recent years,suqian economic rapid development,people on network asked administration calls for more and more high.The suqian municipal government actively responds to the call of the and huoshan video were opened to actively promote the good image of suqian city government.This paper takes Suqian Municipal government as an example,using literature research,case analysis,field research and other research methods,reading a lot of literature,straightening out the relevant concepts and theories,and analyzing the current situation of Suqian Municipal government image management in the new media era.Suqian Municipal government has backward image management design concept,low government image building ability,and low new media literacy of public officials,the government image dissemination mechanism is not perfect and so on,analyzes the present situation reason,respectively is the government image design cognition insufficiency,the government image mold behavior improper,the public official new media education level is not high,the government image dissemination mechanism does not advance with the times and so on.At the same time,drawing on the relevant experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:changing the concept of government image design,improving the ability of government image building,strengthening the construction of public officials,and improving the mechanism of government image communication.As a representative,we will explore the way of local government image management in the new media era.In addition to the abstract and conclusion,this paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance,research review at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,the concept of "new media","government image" and "government image management" are defined.Secondly,the relevant theories involved in this study are elaborated.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of Suqian government management in the new media era.This paper introduces the current situation of Suqian Municipal Government's application of new media,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced at present,summarizes the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part is the experience of government management in the new media era at home and abroad.This paper studies the image management of local government in the new media era from two aspects:overseas and domestic.The fifth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions of the image management of suqian city government in the new media era.Combined with the above four parts,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures from four aspects.
