The smart community aged care service not only takes advantage of the traditional aged care service,but also avoids its disadvantages.However,there are also many problems in the process of advancing the smart community pension service : such as the lack of information construction and many information platforms,but the information is fragmented and not shared;the lack of standardization construction,and districts and even streets The community has its own approach and has not achieved standards.The current smart product standards are not uniform;the lack of service supervision;many elderly people still rely on traditional methods of providing care for the elderly,and issues have not been publicized in community.These problems hinder the elderly from truly sharing the fruits of current social and technological development.The elderly cannot receive professional care according to their own needs,enjoy high-quality services for the elderly in the community,effectively improve their quality of life,enjoy the convenience brought by the Internet,and enjoy More accurate service.This article runs through the welfare pluralism theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,and consults a large number of relevant Chinese and foreign literature.In the form of a questionnaire survey,the elderly in District M of Shanghai are aware of the awareness and use of smart community aged care services.And analyze the needs of the elderly.At the same time,a survey of service providers was conducted to analyze the opinions and suggestions of former service providers on smart community aged care services.According to the results of the questionnaire,the root cause of the problems in the promotion of smart community aged care services is mainly due to the large number of elderly departments and insufficient integration;there are many policies and regulations,but not many implementations;there are many changes in supply and demand,but not many connections.Based on the cases of smart community aged care services in three developed countries,the importance of innovative services and how to be precise and differentiated when providing services are summarized.Finally,based on empirical research and foreign experience analysis,it is proposed that the future development of smart community pension services in Shanghai should actively promote the informationization of smart community pension services,improve the standardization of smart community pension services,strengthen the supervision of pension services,and strengthen the government.Support measures,broadening funding sources through multiple channels,exploring integrated management systems for the development of smart community aged care services,and other optimization measures.Through these optimization measures,we can contribute to the promotion of Shanghai’s smart community aged care service,and through efforts,let the elderly enjoy convenient,high-quality,and efficient aged care services for social development.
