Research On The Model Of Charity Organizations Participating In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Charity organizations are an important force for poverty alleviation.Participating in targeted poverty alleviation is not only an important responsibility of charitable organizations,but also an important stage and practical way for charity organizations to grow and develop.The characteristics of charity organizations' professionalism,volunteerism and flexibility make them able to respond well to the diverse poverty alleviation needs of people in difficulty in targeted poverty alleviation,and make up for the poverty alleviation gap brought about by the universality of government poverty alleviation.As China's poverty alleviation cause reaches the stage of tackling poverty,the requirements for poverty alleviation increase,and the difficulty of poverty alleviation gradually increases.For charitable organizations,in the face of the difficult people in different regions and with different causes of poverty,what kind of model to participate in poverty alleviation is a problem that needs careful consideration and choice.This determines the poverty alleviation effect and services of charitable organizations to a considerable extent.quality.Based on the above considerations,this study is based on the literature study method,case analysis method and empirical analysis method,on the basis of field interviews on the X village project carried out by Shanghai LCY organization,combined with the LSH organization and YL association participation in poverty alleviation model,for charity The organization participates in the model of precision poverty alleviation for thinking and analysis.The three poverty alleviation modes of participatory,contractual,and self-organized poverty alleviation are progressive.Charitable organizations empower the poor villagers with participatory poverty alleviation,and then introduce contract relationships in the modern market to help the poor villagers transform from traditional contracts to modern contracts.Build a foundation of trust,and finally,on the basis of participation in empowerment and the construction of a modern trust relationship,help villagers form self-organization,strive to achieve endogenous development in poor areas,and truly achieve internal power governance,so as to achieve independent poverty alleviation.First,the paper introduces the background of this article,a review of domestic and foreign research literature,the definition of core concepts,theoretical basis,study ways and study content,as much as possible innovations and deficiencies.Secondly,this research analyzes the mode of charitable organizations participating in precision poverty alleviation from the perspective of endogenous development theory.Therefore,on the basis of the introduction in Chapter 1,the three chapters of Chapter Two,Chapter Three,and Chapter Four In the chapter,we mainly start from the three major modes of participating in poverty alleviation,including empowering villagers,cultivating participatory development awareness,contract fulfillment,building trust relationships,endogenous power,and self-organizing mechanisms,and analyzing how charitable organizations have adopted these three models.Carrying out targeted poverty alleviation projects,as well as the dilemmas and their causes in the participation process.Specifically,charitable organizations present problems such as misalignment,lack of trust,and insufficient capacity in the targeted poverty alleviation model.At the same time,they also combine actual interviews and authoritative cases to analyze the causes of the dilemma,laying the foundation for the path optimization chapters that follow.Finally,through the elaboration and analysis of the above issues,in the fifth chapter,the path optimization part of the charity organization's participation in the precision poverty alleviation model,incorporating some advanced practices and experiences of charitable organizations at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of China's poor areas,for our country The mode of charitable organizations participating in targeted poverty alleviation proposes reasonable and practical countermeasures as much as possible.In order to provide necessary ideas for China's charitable organizations to participate in poverty alleviation and future charitable organizations to participate in social services.
