Research On The Effectiveness Of Network Politics

The purpose of network governance is to achieve the necessary consistency between government behavior and public appeals.This consistency is also the essential requirement for democratic participation.In the process of network governance,the government's leading role is the key to its effective operation.The dominant role of the government is reflected in the platform construction,institutional arrangement,service feedback,citizen guidance and other aspects of network governance.Any lack of a link will have an impact on the effectiveness of network governance and lead to the flow of network governance.Therefore,the construction of network governance emphasizes the government's subjective responsibility,gives full play to the advantages of network channels,understands the people's ideas and demands through dialogue with netizens,and safeguards the citizens,democracy and justice of the society.At present,academic research on the field of network governance mainly focuses on the difference between network politics and network governance.Although the advantages of network governance are mentioned,there is a lack of systematic research to ensure its effective operation.Especially in the current network background,strengthening the research on the effectiveness of network governance has become an important guarantee for promoting the development of network democracy and building a governance model for public life cooperation between the government and the public.Since the introduction of Internet technology in China,China's exploration of network politics has not stopped,and it has achieved certain results both in theory and in practice.After entering the information age,citizens' demands for government services are getting higher and higher.In order to respond to the demands of netizens and realize the government's purpose of "serving the people",all levels of government in China have successively established a relatively complete set of government portals.A network political service platform system with core and new media platforms as the main tools.However,through the analysis of the problems of network governance,it is found that the government has negative attitudes,lack of interaction,and weak failure in the process of network governance,which not only leads to the inefficiency of network governance,but also issues a series of networks.Social problems even threaten the stability of the real society.Therefore,in the face of the lack of information content of China's cyberspace index growth and the lack of government network governance effectiveness,this paper proposes to start from the four aspects of the subjective factors,balance factors,institutional factors and technical factors of network governance.The characteristics of network political participation analyze China's network governance and explore the guarantee mechanism of network governance effectiveness.However,the validity of China's network governance is not caused by a single or a few reasons,and the factors that make it happen are complex and comprehensive.Faced with these complex constraints,it is difficult to fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient effectiveness of network governance simply by relying on a certain measure.Therefore,to ensure the effectiveness of network governance,we need to start from the aspects of subject concept,subject behavior,system design,platform construction and so on.First,change the traditional regulatory concept of the government and enhance the government's ability to manage the network.Secondly,enhance citizens' awareness of political participation and guide them to participate in network governance through network tools.Thirdly,construct and improve the regulations on network governance.Institutional means to ensure the standardization,normalization and high efficiency of network governance;finally,to seek to achieve unified regulation and development of network governance in the country,and alleviate the resistance caused by factors such as economic development level and regional differences to network governance.For the longer-term development planning,this paper proposes that artificial intelligence technology can be introduced to alleviate the pressure on the government caused by the rapid growth of people's demands and achieve "intelligent governance." Through these specific measures,the government will finally realize the transformation of the nature of services,adapt to the development requirements of the current information age,and fundamentally promote the improvement of the national governance capacity of our government.
