Young Pioneers counselors are the backbone force of Young Pioneers education and ideological education of children.The quality of the counselor team is related to the Young Pioneers development and advantages and disadvantages of personnel training.Only has the high quality instructor troop,Young Pioneers education can develop to the higher level.How to cultivate and realize the sustainable growth of outstanding Young Pioneers counselors? It is worth learning and studying that professional growth and success of national outstanding Young Pioneers counselors.This research will take three national outstanding Young Pioneers counselors in Jiangxi Province as cases in the research,collecting information about their professional development.Based on the different cases of their professional growth,from the perspective of capital to make full use of human capital,social and cultural capital to conduct a comprehensive analysis and exploration on the professional growth of outstanding counselors.We found that by the research on the professional development of national outstanding Young Pioneers counselors:1.Outstanding Young Pioneers counselors can go on the outstanding track,and their common characteristics of growth are as follows: human capital broadened in a wide range of learning and practice,social capital accumulated in active communication and interaction,and the cultural capital enrich in striving for improvement and innovation.Meanwhile,there are differences in their growth,and every outstanding counselor shows an unique personality in the growth,its distinctive personality is closely related to Young Pioneers development and the of school education direction.Successful team management case is the witness of outstanding counselors growing into outstanding,such as striving superior education management,focusing on practical experience of activities,positioning education joint force and relying on campus culture to promote development and others.2.Through analyzing the successful cases of professional growth of outstanding Young Pioneers counselors,combining the study in human,social and cultural capital,it found that individual effort is the most important power source of counselors' professional growth,only by diligent study and practice can we keep pace with the times.Good social environment is an important condition for counselors' professionaldevelopment.The system of positive interaction,activity cooperation and sound institution help them grow and enhance.Rich school culture is the cornerstone of counselors' professional development,which embodies generations of counselors wisdom,promoting the cultural development and management of Young Pioneers,enhancing the core competitiveness.
