As the mentor of China's Young Pioneers,Young Pioneers' counselors are important force in the education of the Young Pioneers.Following the professional development of the Young Pioneers' counselor's,identity of the Young Pioneers' counselors has been noticed by the researchers.At present,there are two perspectives on the identity of the Young Pioneers' counselors:one thinks that the level of the Young Pioneers' counselors' identity is very high.another thinks that the level of the Young Pioneers' counselors' identity is very low.According to those two different opinions,I selected three Young Pioneers' counselors as the typical cases,taking in-depth interviews with them,analyzing their identity comparatively,to reveal the formation,evolution and reasons of Young Pioneers' counselors' identity.According to previous research,identity mainly contains three aspects:pursuit of belonging,conformation of self-worth,interpretation and guidance of self-action.In this research,Young Pioneers' counselors' identity focus on the fact judgement(what kind of Young Pioneers' counselor i am)and value judgement(which kind of Young Pioneers' counselors i want to be).Fact judgement involves five dimensions:work motivation,work satisfaction and professional commitment.Value judgement refers to the picture of the Young Pioneers' counselors' future road.Firstly,I select seven Young Pioneers' counselors and take the interviews.According to the interviews,there are three paradigms of Young Pioneers counselors' identity.Among them,Young Pioneers' counselor X,Young Pioneers' counselor D,and Young Pioneers' counselor Y,are three typical cases.so,I finally choose those three Young Pioneers' counselors as the participants.From the three Young Pioneers' counselors identity story,I found that there are three types of Young Pioneers' counselor' identity:Task-leading identity,Emotion-leading identity,and Reason-leading identity.Their differencesmainly embodied in the work motivation,job satisfaction,perspectives on work,and professional commitment.To be specific,Task-leading Young Pioneers' counselors perform their duties earnestly to accomplish work tasks,experiencing job satisfaction and ascension of self-efficacy,making Young Pioneers' work an part of their career-planning.Emotion-leading Young Pioneers' counselors have strong emotional attachment to China Young Pioneers and group of Young Pioneers' counselors,and have sense of mission on the Young Pioneers.Reason-leading Young Pioneers' counselors is strong interested in Young Pioneers' research,viewing the professional development of the Young Pioneers as their job-purpose and job-value.Organization emotion,perception of policy and job stress are the main factors that lead to three identity types.In fact,Young Pioneers' counselors' identity are very complicated,every Young Pioneers' counselors' story reflects its own type of identity,but it also reflects some characteristics of the other two types of identity.and the identity type of Young Pioneers' counselors will change at different working stages.
