The Young Pioneers 'counselors are an important guarantee for the work of the Young Pioneers and an important force for training the Young Pioneers.The professional level of the counselors has an important influence on whether they can carry out the Young Pioneer work efficiently and train qualified successors in the socialist cause.The research on the professional growth of Young Pioneers 'counselors can improve the educational management level of counselors,accelerate the professionalization process of counselors,and effectively promote the growth of counselors.At the same time,it can provide guidance according to the needs of counselors at different stages of professional growth,provide effective help,and achieve counselors continue to grow and improve their quality is of great significance.This research uses a case study method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the professional growth of an excellent Young Pioneers' counselor through observation and interviews,combing the growth process of an excellent Young Pioneers' counselor,summarize the factors affecting their professional development,and propose the growth of the excellent Young Pioneers' counselors' suggestions.The second chapter elaborates the theoretical foundation,and believes that the theory of teachers' professional development stage is of reference significance for understanding the professional growth stage of the Young Pioneers' counselors.Maslow needs hierarchy theory to explain the changes in the needs of counselors' professional growth.The third chapter combs the growth process of Teacher L and finds that the growth stage of Teacher L is mainly divided into the career preparation stage,the initial career entry stage,the career transformation stage,and the career sublimation stage.According to the research,in the course of professional growth,the excellent Young Pioneers' counselors will gradually deepen their professional knowledge,work methods will become more mature,work attitudes will gradually develop,and they will pursue self-realization in their work.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the professional growth of Teacher L,and find that in the growth process of excellent Young Pioneers' counselors,their personal characteristics,family members,colleagues,superiors and the school environment will have an impact on the professional growth of the counselors,and important things experienced during the growth process will help counseling the teacher has a turning influence.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions to promote the professional growth of the Young Pioneer counselors based on the analysis of Teacher L's growth path and factors:first,the counselors themselves should improve their professional qualities,enhance political sensitivity,improve professional knowledge,and establish a people-oriented education concept in the work;Second,the school should provide support for the professional growth of counselors,provide efficient professional training,adopt a mentoring method to fill the gaps in training,meet the daily needs of counselor's professional growth,give counselors full autonomy,enable counselors to fully use their potential,and create an atmosphere suitable for the professional growth of counselors.Third,we must strive to gain social recognition,the government must give full play to its role,improve the incentive mechanism of the Young Pioneers 'counselors,and strengthen the publicity of the work of the Young Pioneers' counselors.Fourth,it is necessary to gain family understanding and communicate with family members.
