Research On Professional Development Of The Young Pioneers Counselors

China Youth Pioneer is a school for Chinese children to learn communism.It is people's organization in which the Communist Party of China unite and nurture children with communism.It is the preparatory team in which socialism and communism were built.Young Pioneers play an indispensable role in the education of children and adolescents,and is also a righteous assistant to school education.The sustained and healthy development of the Young pioneer is inseparable from the party and the country's ardent support,it is also inseparable from the Young Pioneers counselor's dedications.To improve the specialization of the Young Pioneers counselors is the inevitable requirements and important initiatives to promote the Young Pioneers' work and strengthen the children' ideological and moral construction in this new era.As the direct leader of the school's Young Pioneers' work,brigade counselors play a vital role in young pioneers' education,to improve the development of specialization of the brigade counselors is not only the internal needs of themselves,but also the needs to a comprehensive development of children and adolescents and the inevitable needs to promote the overall development of the Young Pioneers.Therefore,this study chooses the brigade counselor as the research participants with research methods such as literature method,surveys and comparative studies to carry on the thorough understanding and research to the status of the development of the specialization of the brigade counselors work in current situation.And based on the research of the present,while learning related theories,we sought to analyze the causes of the trend of the development,and put forward the countermeasures to promote development of the brigade counselors as an academic subject.
