The Research On The Professional Development Of The Young Pioneers Counselors

Young Pioneers Counselor is a unique educator in our country,with the establishment of our Young Pioneers and opened in our country has a long history.Young Pioneers Counselor is the organizer of the Young Pioneers,and a big friend and leader of the children.they are responding for the unity,protect and educate the children.So the Young Pioneers counselors should be the development of young children to provide more professional theory and practice guidance,take the road of specialization is particularly important.By reviewing the relevant literature,it is found that the research on the professional development of the Young Pioneers is still in the "primary stage".For the previous research,on the one hand more fragmented,for what is the Young Pioneers counselors professional development,how to achieve professional development is rare;on the other hand,the general theory,the lack of empirical study.So the researchers still have some lack of research: the problem of professionalization is not deep enough,how to achieve professional advice is not clear enough.In view of the importance of the Young Pioneers counselors to take the professional development path and the lack of research on this problem,the author explores the specialization of the Young Pioneers counselors from the perspective of the combination of theory and investigation.This study first defines the concept of specialization and specialization of the Young Pioneers counselors and explains why professionalism should be realized for professional development and specialization.And then interviewed and questionnaires the Young Pioneers counselors of several schools in Lixia District,Jinan City,Shandong Province.In the survey,the author found that the specialists in the process of specialization of the Young Pioneers have the following problems: professional knowledge is not up to standard,professional ability is insufficient,professional feeling is not strong,professional function is weakened,professional evaluation is unreasonable and so on.This study has carried on the internal and external attribution to these problems,the main reason is the discipline-based imprisonment,the policyapproval is low,the lack of professional autonomy,the training is single;The main reason is: lack of identity,development consciousness is not strong,professional foundation weak.Finally,try to strengthen the external environmental protection: to enhance the professional recognition,strengthen the training and management mechanism,improve the selection and evaluation system,optimize the training system,and strengthen their own drive: to strengthen identity,establish professional development goals,improve management wisdom,Lifelong learning and other aspects of how to achieve in the new era of the Young Pioneers counselors specialization,services for children and children put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
