Research On Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Women’s Federation’s Participation In Social Governance

Since entering the new era,the CPC Central Committee has proposed to innovate the social governance system,and since the reform of mass organization,though Enhancing political character,advanced nature,mass character,and Removing the institutionalization,administration,aristocracy,entertainment,Women’s Federation is more and more involved in social governance,give full play to its advantages,has a positive and effective role.However,at the same time,there is still a certain gap between the participation of Women’s Federation in social governance and the requirements of the Party committee and government and the social demand.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to do research on difficulties and countermeasures of Women’s Federation’s participation in social governance.This article around the main contents of Women’s Federation’s participation in social management,by using the method of case analysis and empirical research in the comprehensive understanding of the research background and significance,combing the domestic and international on the study of the content,and the use of the governance theory and the new public service theory,through the investigation and study,the related contents of detailed information,take Yi Chun as an example,Based on the background and measures of women’s Federation’s participation in social governance,this paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of the city’s participation in social governance.The difficulties are mainly manifested in three aspects: insufficient working funds,insufficient personnel security,and insufficient endogenous power.The main reasons are as follows: "there are limitations in authority,ambiguity in functional boundaries,and gaps in participation ability".Finally,the paper proposes to optimize and improve the working mechanism,working environment and working ability.This paper hopes to provide some useful references for women’s federations to effectively participate in social governance,effectively improve the current plight of insufficient motivation and resources,improve the effectiveness of women’s federations in social governance,and provide help for the construction of social governance community.
