Research On The Web Site Management Of Municipal And County Governments

The government website is the key carrier for the implementation of "Internet + government services".It is also an automated and practical working stage for the Secretary of the new era.The improvement of various functions has positive significance for promoting the transformation of government functions,management innovation and social governance.In this paper,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province,is taken as an example to study the four functions of government websites from the perspective of secretarial science: information release,interpretation response,service and interactive exchange.It is found that the four functions of city and county government websites have the following problems: low amount of information release,single species,confusion in classification,low quantity and quality of policy interpretation release,too high orientation of online interview,single form and service The depth of the Internet office is not enough,the utilization rate of the functions is low,the interactive communication and repetitive topics are high,and the response efficiency and quality are low.The main reasons are as follows: the government and relevant departments do not pay enough attention to the construction of the website,the operation and maintenance management system is not perfect,and the manpower and funds for the construction and maintenance are not enough.The paper puts forward "establishing and improving the information release mechanism of the government website;improving the interpretation and response function of the government website;optimizing the service interface and platform of the government website;setting up a platform for the examination and approval of the reply of the Government website,which is integrated in interactive communication and acceptance of the transfer " and so on,a total of 8 specific solutions.
