Personal Information Protection In The Process Of Open Government Data Work

Under the mode of government-enterprise cooperation,the problem of personal information protection becomes more and more serious in the process of open government data work.The fundamental reason is that the government,enterprises and individuals have different interest demands in open government data work,which makes it difficult to improve the legislation and supervision mechanism of personal information protection.Through the analysis of the legal relationship reflected in the government-enterprise cooperation mode of open government data,this paper illustrates the difficulty of protecting personal information is increased by the participation of enterprises,as well as the weak legal protection and imperfect right relief in the process of open government data work based on the government-enterprise cooperation mode.To improve the protection of personal information in the open government data under the mode of government-enterprise cooperation,it is necessary for the government,enterprises and personal information subjects to establish the concept of the protection of personal information together with the open government data work in the mode of government-enterprise cooperation,in addition,we should strengthen the combination of self-discipline of enterprises and government supervision,with a sound legal system as a strong guarantee.
