| Civil servants play an important role in the social life of the country and shoulder the mission of the times to realize the interests of the people, the collective interests and the national interests. Therefore, the working state of civil servants is particularly important. However, many investigations and studies in academia have shown that the job burnout of civil servants is very serious, which can not be ignored. In the past, the researches on the job burnout of civil servants were mostly focused on the perspective of human resources. The causes of the job burnout of civil servants were discussed from the individual, social and organizational levels, and the subjective and active attitude mechanism of the formation of the job burnout of civil servants was less explored from the perspective of political psychology. In the case that organization, system, environment and other objective elements are difficult to be adjusted in a short period of time, starting from the political attitude of civil servants themselves. This paper studies the current situation and causes of civil servants’ job burnout, which is instructive for practical operation.Based on the theory of attitude and behavior, this paper selects the political efficacy variable as the core independent variable, which is a more predictable and measurable index of political attitude, and takes the job burnout of civil servants as the dependent variable. With the help of the classic political efficacy scale of the University of Michigan and MBI-GS general job burnout scale, this paper measures the political burnout of civil servants The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence and mechanism of political efficacy on job burnout.298 valid samples were collected by questionnaire.Through the analysis of variance and regression analysis of the data,we find that: first, the political efficacy of civil servants is in the middle level. However, the phenomenon of job burnout is more common, generally in the middle level;secondly, the relationship between the sense of political efficacy and emotional exhaustion, alienation is negative, and the relationship between the sense of low achievement is not significant;thirdly, there is a significant negative correlation between the sense of external political efficacy and job burnout, and the relationship between the sense of internal political efficacy and job burnout is not significant. The results show that the sense of political efficacy of civil servants can predict their job burnout behavior well, and there is consistency between their attitude and behavior.Enhancing political responsiveness is not only the only way to improve the satisfaction of the masses, but also an important measure to reduce the job burnout of civil servants. |
