In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the main contradiction of society has been transformed into the contradiction between the needs of the people's growing good life and the unbalanced development.In particular,the public has higher standards and requirements on government functions,public services,and many other aspects;also expectations of administrative capacity of civil servants.County civil servants have the closest and most direct ties with the masses,and bear the heavy responsibility of serving the masses and maintaining stability at the grass-roots level.Their performance of duties and management level determine resolving of the livelihood issues.County civil servants represent the image of government,decide the development of society,relate the achievement of Two Centenary Goals.However,the long-termed,trivial and repeated work can make them lack job satisfaction,reduce enthusiasm,and then result in job burnout.Therefore,there is great theoretical and practical significance to study the causes of county civil servants job burnout and to propose corresponding intervention countermeasures.In this research,we took Baoji's county civil servants as examples,summarized related research,used Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's Two-factor theory.Firstly,we delivered questionnaire to grass-roots civil servants randomly from 12 counties(districts)at Baoji.In the questionnaire,besides MBI-GS,we added the investigation of job burnout influences,to understand daily experience and self-evaluation of them.Software SPSS20 was used to analyze the results of questionnaires,through reliability,validity,frequency and mean analyses,and study job burnout level of county civil servants at Baoji.According to the result,the overall level of county civil servants' burnout at Baoji is close to the average,among which lower job satisfaction is obvious.Secondly,we studied the deeper causes of job burnout through in-depth interviews.Finally,based on our results,we explored the solution of county civil servants' burnout from health care and motivation two aspects,and proposed feasible intervention countermeasures.
