Job burnout has spread and become an important factor restricting the healthy and orderly development of all walks of life.Township civil servants are susceptible to job burnout due to their hard working environment,heavy work tasks and complex working environment.Once job burnout occurs,it will directly affect individual physical and mental health and family life,reduce work efficiency and work quality,and also have a serious negative impact on policy implementation and image building of the party and government.Based on the three-dimensional theory,resource preservation theory and the theory of person job matching model,this paper uses the previous research results for reference,and adopts the methods of case interview,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and intervention experiment to study the current situation of civil servants' job burnout in 14 townships of J County,Jiangsu Province,and draws the following conclusions :First,job burnout is a common problem among township civil servants in J County,Jiangsu Province,and the degree of job burnout is relatively serious.Township civil servants are the most direct executors of public policies and the direct executors of the national social management functions.The problem of their job burnout must be paid attention to,even to the point of urgency,and should be solved as soon as possible.Secondly,based on the data analysis and literature,the causes of job burnout can be divided into three levels.At the individual level,they have high expectations for jobs,insufficient responsibilities in work,little attention to business learning,and weak communication skills;at the organizational level,they have no scientific and reasonable salary system,imperfect performance appraisal system,narrow promotion channels and imperfect accountability mechanism;at the social level,they have high expectations of the public,lack of understanding of family and friends,and social support The system is not perfect.Finally,in view of the current job burnout of township civil servants,the personal level should do a good job in career planning,pay attention to learning and learn to self regulate negative emotions in daily work;the organizational level can make clear the role of township civil servants,establish and improve the performance evaluation and salary system,expand diversified promotion channels,create a harmonious and healthy organizational atmosphere and introduce government departments e At the social level,we can establish reasonable expectations for the community of township civil servants,strengthen the publicity of the social image of township civil servants,and build a harmonious interpersonal relationship and social support system.Through the research and description of the above content,this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to alleviate the current situation of the job burnout of the township civil servants in J County,Jiangsu Province,and hopes to play a positive role in the job burnout of the township civil servants in China,and let the civil servants burst out a strong vitality.
