Research On The Strategy Of Government Microblog To Deal With Network Public Opinion In Emergencies

With the development of the Internet,the social attributes of new media communication technology are getting stronger and stronger,the entry threshold for new media is getting lower and lower,people’s use and dependence on the Internet are getting stronger and stronger,and social economy,political culture are also continuously shifting to the online.Especially with the continuous popularization of social products represented by microblogs,We Chat and chattering,the public can express their views more conveniently through social media.Their attention and participation in public affairs are getting higher and higher,and the influence of netizens’ comments is also getting greater and greater.With China entering an accelerated transition period,various emergencies occur frequently.With the help of microblog platform,network public opinion with more extensive influence has been formed.Although the emergency network public opinion provides a new channel for government departments to grasp the progress of the incident and understand the social voice,if a large number of negative network information cannot be timely guided and corrected,it will easily cause social panic and affect social stability.In this case,government microblog came into being as a medium of political communication,and gradually gained public attention and trust due to timely interaction and effective authority in dealing with unexpected online public opinions.However,as a new thing,government microblog has not yet formed a sound mode to deal with the crisis,and there are still many problems in the process of dealing with emergencies and online public opinions.This paper is based on this background,taking government microblog as the research object,based on the theoretical basis of public management theory,communication theory and other theoretical basis,through the way of combining theory with case,analyzes the specific performance of government microblog in dealing with emergencies of network public opinion.This paper first summarizes the related research at home and abroad,Then,the "Changchun Changsheng Biological Vaccine Fraud Event" is selected as the research case,and the background of the event and the development process of micro-blog public opinion are briefly introduced.Starting from the perspective of social combustion,the generation of "Changchun Changsheng Biological Vaccine Fraud Event" network public opinion is analyzed,and then the generation mechanism of emergency network public opinion is summarized.By using the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper obtains the public’s evaluation of the government microblog’s response to the emergency network public opinion,and summarizes the practical difficulties and existing problems faced by the government microblog in dealing with the emergency network public opinion.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of government microblog to deal with the emergency network public opinion,and summarizes the principles,overall work layout and the establishment of a long-term mechanism of government microblog to deal with the emergency network public opinion.Through the research in this paper,we can further study the theory of government microblog and network public opinion in fine-tune,expand the research content of social burning theory to a certain extent,and have important practical guiding significance for improving the public opinion guiding ability of government microblog in emergencies,promoting crisis resolution and maintaining social stability and harmony.
