Mongolian Yuan's Ecological Law:Text,Thought And Implementation

Although ecological protection and ecological protection legal system is a modern social concept,But in ancient China,a series of philosophical and ethical ideas about how people and nature get along has already came into being.Especially the Mongolian Yuan Dynasty,The Mongolian Yuan dynasties began in the steppe,In the long-term nomadic life,they have to fight against all kinds of bad weather,scarce resources and various kinds of living creature,these made them form a more scientific ecological concept.This article is based on this research,mainly divided into the following content:The first part is the introduction.This section is the logical starting point of the article.It mainly sorts out some comprehension issues and controversial issues.First of all,to sort out and define the history of the law,such as environment and ecology,environmental law and ecological law,contemporary ecological law and ancient ecological law,which have different definitions and understandings in different disciplines;Secondly,make a literature review of the existing research results that the text relies on,and make an outline of the research methods to rely on,in order to play the role of outline.The first chapter introduces the specific legal texts of Mongolian Yuan ecological law.This is the main part of the article.It mainly organizes the classified ecological texts of Mongolian and Yuan dynasties according to the classification methods of contemporary ecological law,including biological resource protection regulations,non-biological resource protection regulations,and human environmental protection regulations.The historical texts of the legal texts involved include the GENGHIS KHAN COND of the Great Mongolian Period,YUAN HISTORY,YUAN CODE,GENERAL REGULATIIONS of the Yuan Dynasty,and the four classic laws of the Northern Yuan Dynasty,ALTAN KHAN CODE,WHITE BIRCH CODE,WEILAT CODE,and KALKA CODE.The second chapter introduces the origin and development of Mongolian ecological thought.From the perspective of environmental factors and religious factors,the origin of Mongolia's unique ecological law is traced.The third chapter introduces the safeguard measures of Mongolian Yuan ecological legislation and the practical results.Where there is legislation,there is law enforcement,This chapter mainly discusses how the Mongolian law implemented ecological laws in various periods,through which judicial institutions,and the practical effects of such practices on the ecological situation at that time.The last part is the conclusion of the article.This chapter is the sublimation part of this article.It mainly elaborates the reference value of modern legislation supported by Mongolian Yuan ecological culture legislation,and puts forward suggestions on how to carry out modern transformation and development scientifically.
